What data do we need?

We need 2 years of accounts for any Evo-Valuation Report. These can be full year end accounts, unfiled management accounts or even projected numbers. All accounts can be uploaded to our secure file transfer facility.

What are our credentials?

Our team has over 50 years experience across a broad section of the financial and digital sector. Our team is multilingual with experience company valuation services in sectors and countries around the world.

Is the service confidential?

Our service is completely secure and confidential. All correspondence will be limited to you (or designated representatives). Any financial data shared with us digitally will be deleted on completion of the report. Physical accounts will be returned via secure courier or destroyed securely as per your instructions. Our business is fully GDPR compliant.

What is the dual valuation?

Unlike other providers, we don't rely on a basic, "one-measure" valuation model. We use a dual algorithm including EBITDA and profit calculations to provide a more rounded valuation. The weighting and ratios used are specific to your company and are based on revenue, growth, industry, ownership structure and more.
