Of course, you have questions before you go ahead and get an Evo-Valuation on your business. Here are some of the more common questions we get asked:
We need 2 years of accounts for any Evo-Valuation Report. These can be full year end accounts, unfiled management accounts or even projected numbers.
All accounts can be uploaded to our secure file transfer facility.Our service is completely secure and confidential. All correspondence will be limited to you (or your specifically designated representatives). Any financial data shared with us digitally will be deleted on completion of the report. Physical accounts shared will be returned via secure courier or destroyed securely as per your instructions.
Our business is fully GDPR compliant.

We use a dual algorithm to provide a more rounded valuation. This includes both a profit based and an EBITDA valuation.
